Purpose of PositionThe DevOps Specialist is an entry-level position responsible for supporting the Salesforce platform for the GetHelpOC application, a closed-loop referral system provided by 211OC to address social service needs in the community. This program, set to run for 7 years, aims to make significant impacts in environmental, social and health areas focusing on low-income, disadvantaged communities.&nbsp;The Director will work in partnership with UWW staff and PFC teams to support market-readiness for programs and services focused on energy efficiency in low-income households, which includes building awareness of and demand.&nbsp;This role will focus on supporting the marketing and communications functions for the program, creating materials and content that can be used in local markets, and working with those markets to ensure they are locally relevant.
