documentation throughout participants program enrollment.&nbsp;</li><li>Document any changes in program requirements, income, utility allowances, and rental agreements.&nbsp;</li><li>Update Housing Stability Plan with any appropriate modifications to promote readiness for housing self-sufficiency.</li><li>Communicate with internal and external partners including case managers, property managers, The goal of CONNECT is to ensure the health and social needs of individuals are being met and to support the agencies who are providing much needed services to these individuals.Under the direction of the 211 Manager, the CONNECT 211 Coordinator will support the work of United Way and CONNECT. POSITION SUMMARY&nbsp;(Eligible for Hybrid/ 3 days in office - Alexandria, VA)We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Grants Administration Manager to join our grants administration team within the Finance Department. Reporting to the Senior Director of Grants Administration, this role will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining our grants management infrastructure during a period of significant portfolio growth, including the implementation of a Grants Management system.
