Purpose of Position:&nbsp;Northeast Florida is home to over 425,000 active-duty servicemembers, veterans, and their families, representing nearly 25% of all households. Their needs are diverse, and navigating available services can be challenging. Basic referrals often fall short. This role provides peer-based care coordination to help veterans access and sustain the support they need.The Veteran Care Coordinator (VCC) is a veteran-peer and system of care navigator. Summary/Objective 
	Reporting to the Director of Impact and Resource Development, this position is responsible for providing intensive case management support, individualized coaching, and navigational support to community members and community partners, to coordinate and deliver whole person care to individuals facing significant challenges and barriers. Public Policy and Advocacy Manager

The Senior Manager, Volunteer and Community Engagement will steer the strategic vision for volunteer engagement across the United Way organization, modernize technology and processes to increase and align community and corporate volunteer engagement efforts, and build stronger community relationships.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Strategic Volunteer Engagement
<ul><li>Continuously assess volunteer needs with internal and external partners. Prioritize needs based on ability to scale and design experiences that will engage volunteers to meet these needs.</li>
