The Grants and Programs Accountant, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, &nbsp;is responsible for grant accounting, billing, and analysis to ensure fiscal compliance of all grant-funded programs. Job Responsibilities: 
 
1. Campaign Support: 

a. Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive fundraising campaigns, including 
workplace campaigns, individual giving, and special events. 

b. Collaborate with the Resource Development team to create campaign materials,

c. Provide support in conducting prospect research and identifying potential donors and

This position provides systems support for all data systems utilized by UWBC MISSION UNITED, including but not limited to the Services and Activities Management Information System (SAMIS), The Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), and data focused on UWBC functional zero initiative for veteran homelessness.&nbsp;Primary Job Responsibilities &amp; Duties:&nbsp;<ol><li>Collaboratively develops quality assurance, performance review, program monitoring and reporting tools in specified program areas for the collection of system, strategy, program, and participant-level data, and for use in assessing provider contract and overall initiative performance.</li><li>Regularly appraises program performance statistics and data analyses in all impact areas, at both the individual contract and cross-program levels, including analysis and synthesis of results and quarterly report summaries to the appropriate directors.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides training and technical assistance to funded agencies, other UWBC staff, and community members to build capacity for continuous self-assessment (e.g., results-based accountability, data collection and reporting, interpretation and utilization of evaluation results, continuous quality improvement) in alignment with Council on Accreditation (COA) and Veteran Administration (VA) requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Supports comprehensive technical and administrative guidance of all systems for staff, service providers, and community stakeholders. Purpose of Position 
Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Partner Engagement the Resource Coordinator is primarily 
responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with service agencies listed in 211OC’s resource 
databases including keeping up the accuracy of information, adding new agencies and services, and recruiting 
into GetHelpOC closed loop referral partners. 


Key Duties and Responsibilities 
ï· Manage and develop expertise of 211OC’s GetHelpOC: Community Information Exchange and iCarol 

resource databases of all front-end, back-end and administrative features and functions 

ï· Maintain and ensure integrity of records in the resource databases 

ï· Build relationships with agency and program staff, provide GetHelpOC demos, and encourage participation 
in GetHelpOC for closed loop referrals. 

ï· Initiate organization information updates in the 211OC resource databases, provide and follow up on 
requests with agency directors and managers 

ï· Develop a working knowledge of Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS) Taxonomy and 
Standards and how they are applied in the 211OC Resource Department 

ï· Research services available in the community and assist agencies with completion and updates of 
application and forms 

ï· Develop and maintain strong relationships with Agencies/Service Providers 

ï· Assist with 211RIDE program updates
