In this leadership position on the Community Impact team, the Director, Impact will directly support United Way of Greater Cincinnati’s (UWGC) mission to build stronger economic mobility and well-being in Greater Cincinnati. Key Areas of Responsibility:

The Housing Navigation Center (HNC) is a physical location where those experiencing homelessness receive help to regain housing and those at risk of homelessness are prevented from losing their housing. The Housing Coordinator will be based at the UWWC Housing Navigation Center (HNC) and responsible for providing case management and housing coordination for households experiencing homelessness. Housing Coordinators work with individuals that engage on site, as well as people identified through the Coordinated Assessment and Housing Placement (CAHPS) by-name list. Coordinators advocate to ensure the most vulnerable households experiencing homelessness in the community are connected to supports to find stable and permanent housing. Housing Coordinators will provide person-centered care to a household and work with them toward stability and self-sufficiency, with the ultimate goal of obtaining stable housing. Housing coordination is a collaborative approach where the worker and guest focuses on overcoming any challenges that may be preventing the household in obtaining stable housing. They will facilitate connections to community agencies to coordinate care and connect households to additional resources, and ensure households have ties to their community and support systems. Additionally, this position will work with the Outreach Coordinator to assist with targeted street outreach to people experiencing homelessness in our community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
<ul><li>Utilizes Housing First, trauma-informed care, person centered, and culturally competent principles when interacting with guests</li>
<li>Provide housing navigation and housing-focused case management services to people experiencing homelessness on and off site.</li>
<li>Complete intakes for people entering into services utilizing Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)</li>
<li>Utilize motivational interviewing to engage guests to developing holistic housing plans</li>
<li>Works with households to identify and overcome barriers to housing</li>
<li>Coordinate with community partners to ensure HNC guests are connecting to appropriate community resources</li>
<li>Develop rapport and communication with both agency representatives and households</li>

Senior Program Manager

Position Reports to:  President &amp; CEO of United Way of Greater Plymouth County
Work Schedule:  Monday through Friday work week schedule with some evenings and weekends.  Flexibility is available as warranted.

Summary:  Acts as a proactive liaison to United Way, the community, and partners by promoting support, positive communication, and outreach. Position Summary
As the Fundraising Research and Analytics Director at United Way of Central Indiana, you will play a critical role in advancing our mission to improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of community. You will use your expertise in data analytics and fundraising to provide leadership around fundraising analytics, prospect research, and reports that help inform the organizations fundraising strategy.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented leader with a passion for making a difference. Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Drive the development and implementation of UWCI fundraising data strategies.</li>
<li>Play a lead role in the strategic management and day-to-day operations of donor and prospect analytics and research.</li>
<li>Lead and manage fundraising research and analytics projects, resulting in accurate, timely, and meaningful reporting of all metrics being tracked by various internal team members and executives, and by key external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Implement, execute, and optimize the CRM database for the department, as well as playing a significant role organization wide.</li>
<li>Provide analysis of data and recommendations from findings to improve performance and results of fundraising and engagement efforts, which have resulted in a 10% increase in donations.</li>
<li>Act as a subject matter expert for fundraising research and industry best practices, creating a fundraising research and analytics succession plan and strategic plan.</li>
<li>Lead the completion of all critical fundraising analytics reporting to the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and United Way Worldwide.</li>
<li>Guide the prospect research efforts for both individual, corporate, and foundation prospects, providing accurate and meaningful prospect research, both as requested and proactively as opportunities arise.</li>
<li>Lead and guide the individual donor portfolio management in partnership with the VP of Major and Transformational Giving and Major Gifts Director.</li>
<li>Assure fundraising and engagement data is of great integrity and continually monitor for consistency and quality, developing and managing processes and efforts to assure the alignment with high and current data standards. Determine accountability measures for data integrity.</li>
<li>Create and maintain inter-departmental relationships that are mutually beneficial and create efficiency and effectiveness organization wide, with key departmental relationships including IT, Finance, Marketing, and Impact.</li>
<li>Provide clear direction and supervision to the fundraising research team, ensuring coordinated individual and team goal while promoting innovation. Regular updates with team members is expected.</li>
<li>Achieve established goals, working with the Chief Strategic Intelligence and Information Officer to ensure goals reflect and align and contribute to the broader goals of the organization.</li>
<li>Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment, with a willingness to take on additional duties to ensure the success of the team.</li>

The Vice President of Finance &amp; Operations (VPFO) reports to and serves in an advisory capacity to the President / CEO, 
	Committee Chairs, and Board of Directors providing strategic leadership where needed. The VPFO is a member of the Senior 
	Leadership Team and is a strategic thought leader that embraces change for growth. The VPFO has strong business and financial 
	acumen and is accountable for the financial and risk management operations of the organization. The VPFO is responsible for

Leadership

	institutions, makes deposits, audits and reconcile accounts and processes, etc. 
	• Provides financial statement analysis and recommends areas of opportunities to staff and peers. Reports statement variances 
	to President / CEO, Finance Committee, and staff. 
	• Reviews, reconciles, prepares, and submits accurate information for Financial Audit and Form 990. Works with auditors for 
	timely compliance with requests and achieves a clean audit opinion. 
	• Maintains integrity of data systems, information gathered and input, and processes to produce accurate data consistently. 
	• Oversees grant compliance as related to financial activity. Reviews grant applications, budgets, and relevance to mission of 
	organization. 
	• Works with team to reconcile grant income and expenses, adhering to grant award criteria and standards. 
	• Reviews organizational contracts seeking mutual agreement while protecting the reputation and assets of the organization. 
	Recommends action to President / CEO. 
	• Conducts risk assessment and recommends action to President / CEO as needed. 
	• Procures insurance coverage for worker’s compensation, D&amp;O, EPLI, General Liability, and Property. Manages claims

Human Resources

	• Processes biweekly payroll for employees including compensation, expense reimbursements, deductions as allowed by 
	employee and law, PTO/holidays, garnishments, etc. 
	• Manages benefits in areas of medical insurance, HSA / FSA contributions, LTD, STD, ADD, Life, Vision, PTO, Leave, 401k 
	plan, and Employee Assistance Program. Provides staff with information regarding benefits upon hiring and during annual 
	meeting. Complies with laws and regulations, reporting benefits, form 5500, earned income, COBRA coverage, etc. Secures 
	specifications, quotes, reviews plans, and recommends benefit plan for approval. Refers employees to carriers as needed to 
	resolve questions and problems. 
	• Assists in the on-boarding of employees by producing new hire information packets and ensuring enrollment in systems. 
	• Performs HR related duties in conjunction with the President / CEO in areas of employee recognition and employee relations. 
	• Processes monthly benefits plan invoices for payment. 
	• Annually conducts open enrollment for employee benefit plans. 
	• Ensures that organization complies with employment law and mitigates risks associated with employment practices. 
	• Updates policy manual as needed to align with organizational and legal requirements. 
	• Creates and maintains systems for internal equity with skill set assessment, job banding, etc. 
	• Initiates/maintains continuation of benefits post-employment including COBRA coverage notification with employees and

Serves as a liaison with others within and outside the organization regarding events, purchasing, personnel, facilities, information technology, and operations. Also serves as the front desk administrative assistant who coordinates and supports convening meetings held at the UWGC.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
<ul><li>Answers, screens, and directs incoming calls. Greets, directs and escorts internal and external guests, donors, and volunteers, fielding questions and inquiries.</li>
<li>Coordinates and supports convening center meetings for internal and external groups who use our facilities. How You'll Help 
	The Family Support Coach (FSC) will employ a strengths-based approach to support young people aged 18 and older experiencing homelessness, and/or exiting the foster care system and Division of Youth Services. The FSC will provide program participants with one-on-one assistance, resource referrals, and access to relevant opportunities for essential and critical basic need supports and services related to transitional housing vouchers.
Essential Responsibilities
<ul><li>Build and establish relationships with Bridging the Gap program participants.</li>
<li>Refer and/or connect participants to programs, services, and opportunities, including access to mental health support, food, employment services, education opportunities, and financial health.</li>
<li>FSC will collaborate with and assist participants in learning the skills to advocate for themselves.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Housing team to ensure participants are meeting goals and are on the path to achieve their goals.</li>
<li>Provide support and guidance to participants as they navigate challenging situations.</li>
<li>Support participants as they identify, access, and navigate systems designed to support their transition to living independently including obtaining medical coverage as well as forms of public assistance (TANF, SNAP, CCAP, bus passes, etc.).</li>
<li>Responsible for documenting accurate participant information and activities in the database system, following client confidentiality, database security protocols and data integrity.</li>
<li>Assist the Bridging the Gap Housing team in the completion of housing paperwork and required reporting by housing voucher providers.</li>
