POSITION SUMMARYThe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, providing financial leadership that ensures organizational sustainability, accountability, and alignment with mission and strategy. Summary/Objective 
	Reporting to the Director of Impact and Resource Development, this position is responsible for providing intensive case management support, individualized coaching, and navigational support to community members and community partners, to coordinate and deliver whole person care to individuals facing significant challenges and barriers.
