In addition to identifying potential funding partners, UWW would like to identify partners who may be interested in providing in-kind support (e.g., market research capabilities to assess opportunities to generate revenue from data products related to a National 211 Dashboard). </li><li>In collaboration with UWW leaders, develop short (1-3 page) concept papers to share with prioritized partners that describe how providing financial or in-kind support to UWW to build out a National 211 Community Needs Dashboard aligns with the partner’s strategic interests and priorities. </li><li>Support UWW leaders, including the Internship Supervisor, with the pilot project to design and launch a public-facing, multi-state 211 Community Needs Dashboard, incorporating data from multiple statewide 211 systems. Summary/Objective 
	Reporting to the Director of Impact and Resource Development, this position is responsible for providing intensive case management support, individualized coaching, and navigational support to community members and community partners, to coordinate and deliver whole person care to individuals facing significant challenges and barriers.
