A Campaign Specialist (also known as a Loaned Executive) is an individual who is hired by United Way of 

East Central Iowa (UWECI) or appointed by his/her employer or through sponsorship dollars, to assist in the 

implementation of the annual workplace campaign for approximately three months (Early August-Early 

November). With guidance from the Corporate Engagement Manager or Corporate Engagement Specialist, 

a team of Campaign Specialists will create and implement innovative fundraising strategies, volunteer 

engagement opportunities, and top-of-the line cultivation and stewardship best practices to assist corporate 

partners in running successful workplace campaigns.

<li>You’ll also measure KPIs that go beyond financial support when you track effect of your efforts in community growth, increased donation amounts, elevated engagement scores, and overall retention.</li>
</ul>Minimum Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field.</li>
<li>Preference for a minimum of two years of experience as a community or brand manager, demonstrating a passion for building and transforming relationships.</li>
<li>Proficient in MS products (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel).</li>
<li>Familiarity with CRM software; Salesforce experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills that go beyond words – the ability to build emotional connections.</li>
<li>Willingness to drive to events and meetings within the regional area, including some evenings and weekends.</li>
