The Mobility Mentor will work in partnership with individuals through coaching, preparing and encouraging them on their

must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and/or weekends to meet individual’s needs. Successful 

candidates will have a strong ability to communicate effectively, build relationships and educate stakeholders on the 

needs of the ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) population. Experience implementing motivational 

interviewing and trauma-informed practices is preferred.

This program, set to run for 7 years, aims to make significant impacts in environmental, social and health areas focusing on low-income, disadvantaged communities.&nbsp;The Director will work in partnership with UWW staff and PFC teams to support market-readiness for programs and services focused on energy efficiency in low-income households, which includes building awareness of and demand.&nbsp;This role will focus on supporting the marketing and communications functions for the program, creating materials and content that can be used in local markets, and working with those markets to ensure they are locally relevant.
