The Systems Change Director -reports to the Vice President, Impact Strategies and Systems Change, and serves as a lead across the UW community. In this role, the Director will lead initiatives, projects, and program investments that ensure increased stability for individuals and families in our region. A significant focus of this role is managing complex programs and projects, equipping and supporting stakeholders in facilitating change to assist individuals and families in their journey toward self-sufficiency and improved long-term economic security.
