</ul>Education and/or Experience
<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li>
<li>A minimum 3 experience in case management, social work, or a related field.</li>
<li>Combination of experience and education.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Current Driver’s License and verifiable automobile insurance&nbsp;</li>
