<h2>Position Summary&nbsp;</h2>The Manager for Hunger Relief supports the Palm Beach County Hunger Relief Initiative with project management, operational oversight and management, and administrative services as part of the county-wide collective impact efforts. Job Title:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Post Eviction Case ManagerReporting to:&nbsp;Community Impact ManagerDepartment:&nbsp;Community Impact and Operations&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Overall Purpose of this Role:The Post Eviction Case Manager functions to support United Ways’ collective impact work of providing advocacy and referral services.&nbsp; This advocate will help individuals who have been evicted or are at risk of homelessness by providing resources, advocacy, support and planning. Their role is to assist clients in securing stable housing when available, accessing community and social services, and navigating legal and financial challenges related to the eviction, and developing strategies for safe transitions.
