United Way of Southeast Missouri (UWSEMO) supports 30 partners that help to address immediate need in our four-county service area. More importantly, we invest significant time and money into addressing what creates need in the first place. With the power of our network and widespread contacts, we tackle big issues like transportation and childcare.
UWSEMO&nbsp;seeks a full-time AmeriCorps Planning Grant Director to oversee our recently awarded AmeriCorps State Planning Grant. The chosen candidate will spend a year researching and identifying solutions to childcare and transportation that can be supported by a 2025 AmeriCorps Operations Grant and AmeriCorps members.&nbsp;If UWSEMO is awarded the Operational Grant, the person in this one-year role may transition into the role of Program Director in 2025, managing the AmeriCorps Program for 1-2 years. Salary for the year is $50,000 plus healthcare benefits, a flexible schedule, sick leave and paid holidays. There is no guarantee of full-time employment beyond the grant period.
OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The chosen candidate will work closely with the Executive Director and other key staff and will be responsible for managing the Planning Grant and conducting the research, data analysis, design, development, and building of operational readiness to implement the 2025 AmeriCorps program. UWSEMO is a small, flexible team with a supportive work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
<ul><li>Grant management reporting, evaluation, and communication, including monthly reporting as directed by the planning grant</li>

Planning Grant Director

United Way of Greater Cincinnati (UWGC) has an immediate opening for a Director, Eastern Area to provide leadership to and coordination of United Way efforts in Clermont and Brown Counties in Ohio. Drive community efforts to support family economic well-being in the Eastern Area by building United Way support and connecting United Way impact efforts to key opportunity for progress in the community. Serve as key United Way representative in Clermont and Brown Counties including facilitating volunteer engagement, community representation and informing of United Way strategy, and building champions for the mission and vision. Lead implementation of local fundraising impact strategies as aligned to organizational priorities. Manage local annual campaign and maintain year-round fundraising and engagement efforts for assigned donors.

Development

Overall Purpose of this Role: The Project Manager is responsible for implementing processes, coordinating internal donor relations activities and maintaining data integrity in support of departmental efforts. Donor Relations

Administrative Project Manager

The Senior Manager, Volunteer and Community Engagement will steer the strategic vision for volunteer engagement across the United Way organization, modernize technology and processes to increase and align community and corporate volunteer engagement efforts, and build stronger community relationships.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Strategic Volunteer Engagement
<ul><li>Continuously assess volunteer needs with internal and external partners. Prioritize needs based on ability to scale and design experiences that will engage volunteers to meet these needs.</li>

The 211 Care Coordinator assists residents in connecting to social service support by assessing needs and making referrals within a network of partnering organizations.
