The Early Care and Education Administrative Assistant supports the work of the team by taking on other administrative roles related to: meetings, communication, compiling data, assisting with reports and other general administrative duties. The Free Tax Prep Associate will support United Way’s mission to strengthen economic mobility and well-being in Greater Cincinnati by supporting the operations and functions of the Free Tax Prep (FTP) initiative, including, but not limited to, managing volunteer outreach, data gathering and preparation of required IRS forms, growing new FTP sites, and managing an increasingly large inventory of tax site supplies and technology. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, technically savvy, and quick to learn new skills. A basic understanding of individual income tax law is not necessary but would be helpful.
