The Fundraising Data and Administrative Coordinator supports business needs with a strong 

focus on data integrity, donor systems management, and campaign operations (75%), while also 

providing essential administrative support to leadership and fundraising initiatives (25%). This role 

is critical in managing and optimizing platforms such as Andar (inc. ePledge) and GiveSmart to 

support electronic giving, data reporting, donor engagement, and internal coordination.

POSITION DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES

Data &amp; System Support (75%) 

ï· Serve as the primary Andar administrator, providing expert-level guidance, troubleshooting, 

and training to internal staff on key database functions. 

ï· Oversee data quality and conduct regular audits, clean-up projects, and reconciliations 

with Finance to ensure campaign and donor records are accurate. 

ï· Manage donor data flow across third-party platforms, i.e. GiveSmart; maintain and 

segment mailing lists, ensuring alignment with communication strategy. 

ï· Build and execute complex queries to support campaign segmentation, reporting, and 

strategy. 

ï· Lead and support ePledge deployment, troubleshooting issues for workplace campaign 

champions and donors, and serving as a liaison with App Support Services. 

ï· Collaborate with Finance to manage donation records, adjustments, reconciliations, and 

annual audit preparation. 

ï· Execute direct mail and digital campaigns in collaboration with organizational strategy, 

ensuring timing, list accuracy, and technical execution. 

ï· Develop and maintain accurate donor and constituent records, including interaction 

histories and event participation data. 


Administrative Support (25%) 

ï· Provide calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination of logistics for 

internal and external stakeholders. 

ï· Manage campaign materials inventory, reordering, and logistics for distribution. 

ï· Support event logistics, donor mailings, and routine data updates resulting from donor 

communications. 

ï· Coordinate scheduling, prepare internal reports and dashboards, and assist in special 

projects related to fundraising and engagement. 

ï· Serve as a point of contact for routine inquiries, redirecting or escalating as appropriate. 


Flexibility 

ï· UWFC is evolving with our changing external environment. Flexibility and adaptability are 

key attributes for this position. This position requires in-office work a minimum of 4 days 

per week.

MGO will work closely with the Senior Director, Major Gifts (SDMG) to cultivate donors and prospects within the Major Gifts revenue streams: transformational giving, major gifts of $10k plus, planned giving, foundations, and capital campaign.&nbsp; In addition, the MGO will develop strong Donor Relations through individual and collective outreach, communication, and events to ensure retention and promote increased giving.&nbsp; Responsibilities will also include supporting the coordination and leadership of the Major Gift and Legacy committees.&nbsp; A portfolio of major gift donors and prospects must be individually maintained.Primary Job Responsibilities &amp; Duties:&nbsp;<ul><li>Implement overall Major Gifts strategy developed by SDMG.</li><li>Identify, engage and re-engage donors, particularly those emerging as the next generation of potential philanthropic leaders.</li><li>Conduct individually tailored, one-on-one cultivation and solicitation meetings and work with appropriate volunteers to strategize and manage their cultivation and solicitation of targeted donors.</li><li>Identify and solicit new major gifts.&nbsp;</li><li>Connect United Way Staff and Board of Directors to new and/or prospective Tocqueville Society members.</li><li>Cultivate, steward and build trusted relationships with a portfolio of major donors and prospective major donors and legacy giving prospects to generate new and increased giving. &nbsp;(Portfolio: 150-200).</li><li>Effectively develop, organize, manage, support and motivate a volunteer team to aid in the identification, cultivation and solicitation of high-capacity donors and prospective donors.</li><li>Partner with Major Gift and Development colleagues, for identification of prospects</li><li>Develop meaningful ways to engage major gift donors and prospects throughout the year including personal visits, executing unique events and volunteer opportunities to connect our members to the work United Way is doing in Broward County.</li><li>Create and implement a stewardship and recognition plan, including thanking donors, events and leadership registry.</li></ul>Other Job Duties:&nbsp;<ul><li>Maintains confidentiality of all materials, and uses judgment and tact in dealing with internal and external inquiries.</li><li>Understand the United Way of Broward concept, mission, purpose, philosophy and background to handle routine calls from public in an effective and diplomatic way.</li><li>Develops and maintains good working relationships with staff, board members, major donors, volunteers, agency representatives, and guests of the SDMG.</li><li>Plans and prioritizes work to meet scheduled deadlines;
