Summary of Job:&nbsp; This position will work closely with the Resource Development Staff to implement strategies that meet goals within workforce fundraising campaigns and year-round corporate engagement needs. This position is focused on providing a consultative approach to corporate philanthropy, which includes increasing workforce fundraising campaigns as well as corporate engagement through community impact.

The Sr. Director, Individual Giving is accountable for the development, planning, and implementation of innovative fundraising strategies for all individual giving, including Annual Fund, the mid-level and major giving programs of United Way, the Million Dollar Round Table, United Way Champions, and Planned Giving. United Way of Broward mobilizes our community to action so all can thrive.&nbsp;General Description: In collaboration with the Major Gifts team, the Major Gifts Officer (MGO) will be responsible for helping United Way Broward (UWB) reach its fundraising goals by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gifts. MGO will work closely with the Senior Director, Major Gifts (SDMG) to cultivate donors and prospects within the Major Gifts revenue streams: transformational giving, major gifts of $10k plus, planned giving, foundations, and capital campaign.&nbsp; In addition, the MGO will develop strong Donor Relations through individual and collective outreach, communication, and events to ensure retention and promote increased giving.&nbsp; Responsibilities will also include supporting the coordination and leadership of the Major Gift and Legacy committees.&nbsp;
