Develop best in class project implementation (communication, budgeting, vendor management, partner management, Impact area engagement) offering consistent volunteer experiences for both internal and external stakeholders.</li> </ul> <h2>REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES</h2> <ul> 	<li>A bachelor’s degree preferred, or commensurate experience accepted.</li> 	<li>A minimum of ten years of work experience, preferably in volunteer engagement, marketing or event/program planning and execution. </li> 	<li>Experience working in a nonprofit and/or in a fast-paced team environment.</li> 	<li>Interest in and ability to cultivate community-wide partnerships and new relationships through external meetings and planning sessions. </li> 	<li>A high degree of personal initiative with the desire and ability to meet aggressive goals.</li> 	<li>Ability to work independently, to prioritize and execute multiple projects and meet strict deadlines for deliverables.</li> 	<li>Ability and willingness to communicate with several individuals per day via several mediums </li> 	<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to infuse creativity, innovation, and insight into proposal development.</li> 	<li>A strong commitment to community service and the nonprofit sector.</li> 	<li>Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel; working knowledge of social media. </li> </ul> ADDITIONAL <ul> 	<li>Ability to work some evenings and weekends, as required by event timing.</li> 	<li>Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.</li> 	<li>Access to reliable transportation.</li> </ul>
