United Way of Central Iowa is seeking&nbsp;a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team on a temporary basis&nbsp;(four to six months, not eligible for benefits). This individual will play a crucial role in enhancing our internal and external financial reporting structure, refining budget processes and building necessary financial models, helping to establish a framework for aligning organizational investments with funded partners’ operational outcomes. In-depth experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics will be essential to this role, as the Director, Digital Experience will develop, manage and execute email and web campaigns. This position will also play a critical role in delivering accurate, insightful real-time actionable analysis across all digital channels to drive decision-making for the department and throughout the organization.
