Job Summary
The Cradle to Career Partnership (C2C) of Pima County is a county-wide initiative to prepare every child for success in school and life, ensuring the economic vitality of our community.
As part of a collaborative team, the Data Manager is responsible for analysis, creating impactful visualizations, sharing results, researching relevant data sources and best practices, and collaborating with C2C partners and stakeholders to use data for improved educational outcomes in our community. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
<ul><li>Ensure impactful and action-oriented engagement of C2C stakeholders and partners related to data use and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Assist in collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data, including client surveys, student assessments, and publicly available data related to education/career outcomes.</li>
<li>Monitor and document the progress of partners and collaboratives, including identifying metrics and outcomes.</li>
<li>Facilitate internal and external meetings to drive collaborative community action with data.</li>
<li>Update data tools, such as interactive dashboards and data reports.</li>
<li>Support the implementation of technologies and tools to increase effective data use, internally and externally.</li>

</ul>Qualifications, Skills and Abilities

<li>Experience creating analytical products such as visualizations, dashboards, metrics, etc.</li>
<li>Knowledge of publicly available datasets, particularly education and employment outcomes.</li>

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Development Officer is responsible for the management and oversight of workplace and corporate development and philanthropy at United Way. This includes new corporate proposals, grants management, and Workplace Campaign fundraising efforts; cultivation of new prospects; and increasing the current funding base through workplace and corporate giving opportunities. This position promotes and represents the work and mission of United Way.

POSITION SUMMARY: (Hybrid, 3 days in office - Alexandria, VA)The Senior Associate will provide support to the Network Performance team. This position requires both customer service skills and technical capabilities. Responsibilities include providing and managing daily operations including but not limited to Salesforce administration, managing membership process, communications, compliance reviews and special projects. This role supports membership functions to meet operational and compliance needs.   The individual will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of all information within the membership databases and data files.  They will provide technical assistance for Salesforce, webinars and projects using DocuSign and Smartsheet.  The position supports licensing of United Way’s database of zip codes and associated United Ways (GiftLink), for use by corporate partners.   The Senior Associate will be required to conduct research to resolve operational questions and problems as they arise. The individual will develop, plan, and implement solutions to improve processes and workflow.   The Senior Associate works collaboratively/cooperatively with others to achieve goals.
