Work with funding/provider agency personnel to establish a positive working relationship with the personnel assigned to the feeder schools or on site.</li><li>Work closely with the principals of the feeder schools, or their designee, to ensure that the services being provided are not in conflict with school specific policies.</li><li>Network with principals, teachers, school counselors, therapists, parents and community members to gather feedback and engage in strategy planning for program development</li><li>Ensure that the FSS staff and partners are fulfilling its responsibility and are representing the mission of FSS in serving children and families in the community.</li><li>Work closely with the Oversight Committee, ensuring that meetings are scheduled on a regular basis and notices are sent out in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensure client records are maintained in a secure professional manner, assuring confidentiality of all clients.</li><li>Provide supervision, direction and training of all FSS Staff at the site.
