The Supervisor Position is responsible for providing day-to-day operations for PA 211 East’s 
7 county service area, while acting in accordance with our values, vision, and mission. 

Responsibilities: 

 • Manage 211 operations by implementing policies and procedures that ensure 
delivery of high-quality information and referral services to all callers. 

 • Coach and develop the team of Resource Navigators by monitoring call handling, 
review caller records and providing feedback. 

 • Manage performance of the team by setting expectations and performance 
standards through 1v1’s and performance reviews. 

 • Oversee and manage team schedules to ensure fully staffed. 
 • Represent PA 211 East in the community. 


Qualifications: 

 • Bachelor’s degree in social work or equivalent work experience in health and human 
services field. 

 • Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus 
 • A Valid Driver’s License is required 
 • Clearances are required with relevance to the position

This position will handle incoming phone contacts on our National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL), also known as 988, while collecting and documenting all required data and offering all applicable resources and referrals to callers who may be in emotional distress and suicidal crisis. The Crisis &amp; 988 Specialist is responsible for providing excellent service to those accessing the service by applying the equivalent of reflective listening and motivational interviewing skills in the context of an electronic exchange. Crisis &amp; 988 Specialists have the special training and skills to interact via phone, chat and text to understand callers’ unique circumstances and needs, render immediate emotional support, provide options for ongoing support/treatment and follow up to ensure needs are being met. This position also requires the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with diverse and multi-cultural individuals, be non-judgmental, and respectful of the confidential nature of the job.  Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions: • Attend staff meetings, in-services, training sessions and conferences when appropriate to job responsibilities. • Participate in staff training activities to maintain the required annual training hours. • Keep Microsoft TEAMS open and check frequently. Acknowledge new posts from Crisis &amp; 988 Director or other supervisory staff promptly. • Keep Outlook email account open and minimized on desktop during work hours; respond to supervisor emails promptly. • Document and maintain accurate, thorough records of all telephone interventions transacted during the work shift. • Be fully prepared to begin answering phone lines promptly per assigned work schedule. • Log into the call queue to take calls prior to the beginning of the shift. • Adhere to lunch and shift schedule unless change is approved in advance by the Supervisor. • Keep all activities in line with the core values and contribute to the positive culture of United Way of NE Florida. • Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Crisis and 988 by completing all other tasks as assigned. • Answer phone calls with an appropriate tone of voice, paying close attention to voice inflection and volume. • Answer chats, texts and emails using correct spelling grammar, and professional language, paying close attention to the inclusion of feeling reflections. • Demonstrate proficiency in using multiple types of contact center software, computer hardware and telephone equipment. • Maintain acceptable level of contact handling and customer service performance as described by 988 training standards. • Within 988 guidelines, assesses needs of persons contacting 988 and provide para-professional counseling, information &amp; referral services, crisis intervention, suicide de-escalation/intervention, and linkage services via various channels of communication, including: online chat, phone, texting and email. • Use active listening skills and conversational intent to; develop a strategy that identifies solutions to barriers to access, provide high-quality confidential connections to resources and services, demonstrate objectivity and empathy and be non-judgmental and neutral in handing all contacts. • Develop and implement crisis related safety plans. • If imminent risk to the individual or others, the Crisis &amp; 988 Specialist may engage 911 to assist in response. • Maintain a non-judgmental attitude when interacting with contacts, displaying sensitivity to all cultural backgrounds. • Referral process consists of assessing the needs of the inquirer, identifying appropriate resources, and providing enough information about resources to help inquirer make an informed decision. • In line with 988 policy and procedures, follows-up with designated at-risk callers to determine referral outcomes. • Must successfully complete VIBRANT training prior to assisting callers • Perform other such duties as may be assigned by the supervisory team • These job responsibilities are to be the main emphasis of this position. POSITION SUMMARY The Chief Impact Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, managing and evaluating equitable funding priorities for Heart of West Michigan United Way based on the community needs of multiple counties, as well as the grant process for partnering with agencies and managing the organization's programs that directly meet these needs. They set program outcome targets that align to the mission and vision of the organization. In addition, they lead the organization's <a href="https://www.hwmuw.org/transformation" target="_blank">Transformation Strategy</a> with the goal to close the achievement gaps for people of color. Job Summary
The Cradle to Career Partnership (C2C) of Pima County is a county-wide initiative to prepare every child for success in school and life, ensuring the economic vitality of our community.
As part of a collaborative team, the Data Manager is responsible for analysis, creating impactful visualizations, sharing results, researching relevant data sources and best practices, and collaborating with C2C partners and stakeholders to use data for improved educational outcomes in our community. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
<ul><li>Ensure impactful and action-oriented engagement of C2C stakeholders and partners related to data use and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Assist in collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data, including client surveys, student assessments, and publicly available data related to education/career outcomes.</li>
<li>Monitor and document the progress of partners and collaboratives, including identifying metrics and outcomes.</li>
<li>Facilitate internal and external meetings to drive collaborative community action with data.</li>
<li>Update data tools, such as interactive dashboards and data reports.</li>
<li>Support the implementation of technologies and tools to increase effective data use, internally and externally.</li>

The position requires regular direct services and careful documentation in the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) to track guest progress, with the goal of securing permanent housing.<h2>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h2><ul><li>Utilize trauma-informed care, person centered, and culturally competent principles when working with guests </li><li>Greet guests when they enter the HNC, ensuring that they sign in and are assisted appropriately; making necessary and appropriate community and in-house referrals and appointments</li><li>Answer phones and refer callers to appropriate in-house staff and/or community agencies; setting up appointments when necessary</li><li>Assist with intakes and assessments when needed, as a support to housing coordinators</li><li>Enter daily services into HMIS </li><li>Assist guests in vital document readiness for housing </li><li>Perform routine administrative tasks </li><li>De-escalate and mitigate any conflicts or concerns with guests </li><li>Monitor and maintain the day shelter space to ensure proper utilization of services for guests</li><li>Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professionalism of the Housing Navigation Center</li><li>Assist with regular HNC operations as needed, including occasional evening hours to assist guests at the overnight cold weather shelter, and potential weekend hours in the event of expanded day shelter coverage due to extreme weather</li></ul>United Way of Weld County General <ul><li>Support and promote the mission, values, goals and objectives of United Way, including representing United Way in professional organizations and the community (as assigned).</li><li>Support fundraising efforts of United Way and activities that support United Way.</li><li>Support United Way annual events, disaster response, and other activities as assigned.</li><li>Participate in staff meetings and in service opportunities.</li><li>Contribute to organizational promotions including writing promotional copy, proofreading informational and campaign materials, participation in outreach, etc.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h2>UNITED WAY WORLDWIDE CORE COMPETENCIES FOR ALL STAFF</h2><ul><li>Mission-Focused: Catalyze others’ commitment to mission to create real social change that leads to better lives and healthier communities.
