Position Summary:

This seasonal part-time role is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in development, marketing, and community impact. The position is primarily in-person at our office, up to 20 hours per week,. The position runs through December and is ideal for those eager to build skills across multiple areas while making a meaningful difference in Kansas City.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support donor and stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Collaborate across departments to bring initiatives to life
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including creating compelling, impact driven content
  • Build and strengthen community or corporate partnerships
  • Prepare materials, support meetings, and track progress on initiatives
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and attend internal meetings
  • Contribute to real, impactful projects that benefit the community
