OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES 
	Reporting to the Interim VP of Operations and Administration, this position is responsible for the physical and digital infrastructure at United Way, including maintenance and security of the property, management of tenants, and oversight of information technology vendors and systems. Building and parking lot are owned by United Way and include office space for United Way staff and tenants, community event spaces, and warehouse space. This position supervises the Office Manager and the Facilities Coordinator.

Duties &amp; Responsibilities
<ul><li>Ensure United Way’s physical property, telecommunications systems, and information technology are well-maintained and meet the needs of staff, tenants, and community members.</li>
<li>Proactively ensure ongoing maintenance and security of building and parking lot. Maintain prioritized list of maintenance needs. Ensure that items are assigned and completed in a timely and cost-effective manner, and communicated to appropriate stakeholders.</li>
<li>Provide oversight to community spaces and warehouse, creating and reinforcing guidelines for use so that all users can keep the spaces organized and ready for use at all times.</li>
<li>Manage processes and policies related to building tenants (long term contract as well as event groups), with the goal of a fully-leased property.</li>
<li>Oversee procurement and vendor relationships related to building maintenance and security as well as telecom services and information technology. Assess vendors and systems regularly to ensure alignment with UW’s needs. Regular vendors include, but are not limited to, janitorial, security, and IT support.</li>
<li>Manage budget for facilities and technology equipment purchase, maintenance, and contracts. Ensure timely processing of all relevant receivables and payables.</li>
<li>Maintain availability to staff for basic IT support such as troubleshooting equipment, and determining appropriate vendor for escalation as needed.</li>
<li>Manage the renewal of relevant property and liability insurances; report and track claims as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain good working relationship with relevant licensing and government agencies.</li>
</ul>Supervisory Responsibility
This position will oversee two internal staff as well as external IT, security, janitorial and vendor contracts.
Physical Demands
At times, this position may include periods of extended physical activity such as walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and bending to inspect all aspects of the property, including technology equipment. Position at times requires the ability to lift up to approximately 50 lbs. Knowledge, Skills and Expertise

Senior Program Manager

United Way of Greater Cincinnati (UWGC) has an immediate opening for a Front Desk and Meeting Coordinator to perform a wide range of administrative and interpersonal duties of a highly responsible and complex nature. Serves as a liaison with others within and outside the organization regarding events, purchasing, personnel, facilities, information technology, and operations. Key Areas of Responsibility:

<li>Coordinates and supports convening center meetings for internal and external groups who use our facilities. <li>Trains and introduces new employees and volunteers to the convening center systems and processes of UWGC.</li>
<li>Sorts and distributes incoming mail as well as prepares outgoing mail and other correspondence. Responds to incoming mail and other materials not requiring the attention of the manager(s) supported.</li>
<li>Coordinates with Property Services and Community Engagement on larger deliveries and donation drives.</li>
<li>Provides optimum support to assigned departments by remaining aware of departmental goals, providing ongoing communication, and organizing priorities to meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Coordinates schedules and arranges meetings through several calendars, reserving and preparing facilities as needed and overall coordination and execution for both UWGC and building tenants.</li>

<li>Help communicate with vendors to obtain bids and quotes for services to be provided to UWGC.</li>

<li>Coordinates office supply purchases for the organization and maintains the storage room to ensure that office supplies remain in stock and are organized efficiently.</li>
