This position is responsible for supervising Crisis &amp; 988 Specialists and providing ongoing quality assurance to staff. This position will be instrumental in assisting the Crisis &amp; 988 Director with maintaining partnerships with community mental health providers and creating a robust system of response to calls coming through 988.This position will handle incoming phone contacts as needed on our National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL), also known as 988, while collecting and documenting all required data and offering all applicable resources and referrals to callers who may be in emotional distress and suicidal crisis. They are also responsible for providing excellent service to those accessing the service by applying the equivalent of reflective listening and motivational interviewing skills in the context of an electronic exchange. Crisis &amp; 988 Operations Supervisor should have the special training and skills to interact via phone, chat and text to understand callers’ unique circumstances and needs, render immediate emotional support, provide options for ongoing support/treatment and follow up to ensure needs are being met, and the ability to train crisis/988 call center specialists to provide high quality support to callers. Overview of ResponsibilitiesThe Director, Impact Operations plays a strategic leadership and operational role in the Community Impact department. That is what it means to "Live United" in Central Kentucky. &nbsp;POSITIONThe role of the Program Manager, WayPoint Initiative is to manage the staff and operations of all UWBG WayPoint Centers in Lexington and surrounding counties. &nbsp;UWBG WayPoint Centers are sites located in and around the neighborhoods they exist to serve and provide a multitude of services including, but not limited to, financial stability education, free income tax preparation, and other basic needs and financial programming related to empowering families and helping youth to succeed. The Program Manager, WayPoint Initiative directly supervises all WayPoint Coordinators, and work study students. The Program Manager reports directly to the Director of Community Impact. &nbsp;ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<ul><li>Managing and motivating a team of community impact professionals across several sites.&nbsp;</li><li>Training and scheduling program staff and volunteers.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicating job expectations and conducting performance evaluations twice per year.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with staff to schedule daily/weekly/monthly programs and events for each WayPoint Center.</li><li>Long-term planning to meet impact goals established by the Vice President, Community Impact.&nbsp;</li><li>Interacting with representatives of funding organizations including elected officials.</li><li>Scheduling and coordinating agency partner programs in each WayPoint Center.</li><li>Is frontward facing and sees him/herself as an advocate for the community.</li><li>Drives foot traffic to the center by planning and conducting awareness campaigns.</li><li>Understands and is mindful of the opportunities to expand the initiative and serve as UWBG’s representative to the community.</li><li>Acts as the second keyholder for all WayPoint Centers.</li><li>Capable of performing intake of clients providing financial coaching and connecting them to appropriate services in the event of staffing shortages.</li><li>Collaborates with the UWBG 2-1-1 (24/7 365) Health &amp; Human Services Referral line to coordinate cross-training of staff.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Work with supervisor of non-United Way staff in situations where personnel issues may arise.</li><li>Actively research, recruit and implement relevant resources to add to the FSS site and work with the Oversight Committee as a resource to identify assets available in the neighborhood to help contribute to the overall enhancement of the FSS program; and participate in community engagement events to bring awareness to the services provided by FSS.</li><li>Coordinate with the staff of school, community, and agency programs in an effort to ensure that FSS programs are offered without duplication and also work through the barriers of implementation.</li><li>When funds are available, review funding requests from neighborhood grant applicants; ensure neighborhood input when determining the need for the programs and developing accurate measurable outcomes. Provide guidance on application process as deemed appropriate by coordinator.</li><li>Manage the FSS site budget (supply dollars, office meeting dollars and award dollars) to ensure maximum effective use of allocated funding.</li><li>Implement and manage procedures to maintain licenses, permits, certifications and accreditations as appropriate.</li><li>Coordinate monthly meetings with personnel from all agencies providing services as part of the FSS. OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES 
	Reporting to the Interim VP of Operations and Administration, this position is responsible for the physical and digital infrastructure at United Way, including maintenance and security of the property, management of tenants, and oversight of information technology vendors and systems. Building and parking lot are owned by United Way and include office space for United Way staff and tenants, community event spaces, and warehouse space. This position supervises the Office Manager and the Facilities Coordinator.

Duties &amp; Responsibilities
<ul><li>Ensure United Way’s physical property, telecommunications systems, and information technology are well-maintained and meet the needs of staff, tenants, and community members.</li>
<li>Proactively ensure ongoing maintenance and security of building and parking lot. Maintain prioritized list of maintenance needs. Ensure that items are assigned and completed in a timely and cost-effective manner, and communicated to appropriate stakeholders.</li>
<li>Provide oversight to community spaces and warehouse, creating and reinforcing guidelines for use so that all users can keep the spaces organized and ready for use at all times.</li>
<li>Manage processes and policies related to building tenants (long term contract as well as event groups), with the goal of a fully-leased property.</li>
<li>Oversee procurement and vendor relationships related to building maintenance and security as well as telecom services and information technology. Assess vendors and systems regularly to ensure alignment with UW’s needs. Regular vendors include, but are not limited to, janitorial, security, and IT support.</li>
<li>Manage budget for facilities and technology equipment purchase, maintenance, and contracts. Ensure timely processing of all relevant receivables and payables.</li>
<li>Maintain availability to staff for basic IT support such as troubleshooting equipment, and determining appropriate vendor for escalation as needed.</li>
<li>Manage the renewal of relevant property and liability insurances; report and track claims as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain good working relationship with relevant licensing and government agencies.</li>
</ul>Supervisory Responsibility
This position will oversee two internal staff as well as external IT, security, janitorial and vendor contracts.

Position Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Strategic Intelligence and Information Officer (CSIO), who serves as a member of the Executive Team. Position Duties &amp; Responsibilities

Executive Support

Provide and lead support to both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.

<li>Provide high level calendar management. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.</li>
<li>Manage complex SII team calendars and schedules, resolving any scheduling issues.</li>
<li>Monitor, organize and respond to email questions on behalf of Chief Strategic Intelligence Officer.</li>
<li>Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, emails, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.</li>
<li>Proofread various department emails, letters, materials, and other documents.</li>
<li>Create end of day report that outlines tasks, meetings and communication that need action.</li>
<li>Work closely with the CSIO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Act as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CSIO updated. Anticipate CSIO's needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc.</li>
<li>Provide "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CSIO and team members, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support.</li>

Oversee Strategic Intelligence's team's subscription renewals, invoices, and contracts. Process invoices and manage software service agreements. Develop and maintain invoice tracking reports to monitor billing dates, subscription renewals, and contracts.
<ul><li>Manage and monitor reports for Strategic Intelligence projects (i.e., finance, legal, budget reports, invoices, contracts).</li>
<li>Create and manage invoice tracking spreadsheet in Excel to monitor and track Strategic Intelligence's invoices, subscription renewals, contracts, and ad hoc purchases.</li>
<li>Send monthly notification emails to businesses prior to invoice due dates.</li>
<li>Process purchase orders through Intacct for all contracts, invoices, and ad hoc billing.</li>
<li>Manage online subscription and payments.</li>
