General Description: Provides dedicated case management services to Veterans experiencing homelessness in a service intensive transitional residential housing program, focusing on an individualized service plan that yields long term housing stability outcomes. <h2>Position Summary </h2>The Resource Development Manager reports to the Senior Vice President of Resource Development and will play a critical role in the management of United Way of Palm Beach County’s corporate workplace fundraising campaigns.  This position will oversee a defined portfolio of corporate relationships to support the total annual workplace revenue goals. Workplace revenue is comprised of employee giving campaigns, workplace-led special events, and corporate gifts. General Summary 
The Database Manager supports and advances United Way of Southern Maine’s (UWSM) mission of improving lives through strategic and methodical collection, synthesis, retrieval, and analysis of data to inform various UWSM activities and programs.  
This position reports to the Director of Technology and Data and works with all departments to provide data reports, serving both internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Functions
