United Way professionals should exhibit core competencies: mission-focused, relationship-oriented, collaborator, results-driven and brand-steward.<h2>Duties and Responsibilities</h2>Business Acumen &amp; Strategic Direction<ul><li>Prepare and submit reporting for grants and contracts as&nbsp;required.</li><li>Collect and internally distribute reporting data to inform and communicate impact of&nbsp;investments.</li><li>Serves as primary administrator for grant CRM system, including user management, building/maintaining forms such as grant applications/evaluations and creating data sets and reports.&nbsp;</li><li>Steward non-profits through grant application, award process and follow up reporting in the CRM system.</li><li>Oversee 2-1-1 database by gathering and entering up-to-date information about services in Volusia and Flagler Counties.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage grant opportunities and community partnerships related to the 2-1-1 database.</li></ul>Outward Turning<ul><li>Maintain relationships with non-profits, funding agencies and&nbsp;partners.</li></ul>Talent Management &amp; People Development<ul><li>Receive and provide feedback in a constructive&nbsp;way.</li></ul>Operational Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>Support events as&nbsp;needed.</li><li>Other duties as&nbsp;assigned.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR four years of relevant work experience.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate the key&nbsp;stakeholders, peers and&nbsp;staff.</li><li>High degree of professional integrity to deal ethically with confidential information.</li><li>Ability to work under minimal&nbsp;supervision.</li><li>Excellent computer skills (minimum of Microsoft software programs) and attention to details and deadlines.&nbsp;</li><li>Data entry experience working with a customer relationship management system.</li><li>Possess a valid driver’s license and have use of insured motor&nbsp;vehicle.</li></ul><h2>Preferred</h2><ul><li>Grant and contract management&nbsp;experience.</li></ul><h2>Working Conditions &amp; Physical Requirements</h2>Work is carried out in a controlled, agreeable environment as generally represented by normal office conditions. Employees may be required to assist with or attend various offsite events related to programs or fund raising that are scheduled evenings and/or weekends.
