Cultivates relationships within all accounts, organizing and managing workplace campaigns to encourage increased participation and giving within all accounts, to maximize potential and reach desired division goals. Includes prospecting, developing relationships with non-giving accounts, and making cold calls. Ability to establish donor relationships with individuals and organizations. Contributes to and demonstrates ownership of organizational goals. He / She will be responsible for supervisor staff, creating and executing the short- and long-term account plans for each organization to maximize revenue. This outward facing role will require the candidate to be a leader who has the demonstrated ability to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships.&nbsp;&nbsp;<h3>Requirements</h3>Relationship Management<ul><li>Directly responsible for building mutually beneficial relationships with corporate partners and individuals within the portfolio and identifying opportunities to expand the portfolio.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Spend at least 50% of time out of the office to engage with donors and volunteers.</li><li>Research, identify, and develop relationships with non-giving accounts and achieve assigned percent of goal for new account development.</li><li>Supervise, coordinate, and empower staff and volunteers (and committees) to effectively and efficiently implement key strategies related to United Way of the Bluegrass.</li><li>Leverages relationships to create additional opportunities with other organizations and individuals.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Supervises staff and volunteers.</li></ul>Campaign Management<ul><li>Leads the workplace campaign team while utilizing gift officers with appropriate opportunities associated with major gifts and affinity groups.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains accurate and detailed donor and account records in Andar and other systems to analyze the effectiveness of the plan against delivering objectives.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>In conjunction with the Vice President, Resource Development helps create and execute annual account plans for the Resource Development team, and action steps needed to engage accounts on a year-round basis and to secure additional financial support for UWBG.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Tracks revenue generation, retention, visits, and key business activity throughout the year, provides regular activity status, update projections to target and conducts the appropriate account analysis to build and refine business goals.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Through the managing of key corporate accounts and individual relationships, increases revenue through workplace giving campaigns.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Executes each account plan in portfolio to see successful gains in revenue through corporate gifts, individual investments, corporate sponsorships and underwriting, and other engagements.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Promotes UWBG programs and offerings to accounts to build their support of UWBG’s work and to provide ways for their employees to benefit from the partnership.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Attends and provides support for UWBG events to build brand awareness and engage constituents.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>Cross Functional Duties<ul><li>Works effectively with the Development Team and other functions at UWBG to be able to provide appropriate support and value to partners.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Work with Marketing Team on all marketing and media efforts, including material and message development.</li><li>Creates an Employee Campaign Coordinator (ECC) Community to inspire a group of Campaign Coordinators to greater generosity of time, influence, and money.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Connects ECCs to the valuable role they play in creating Community Impact through successful workforce campaigns, year-round communication, increased volunteerism, and advocacy.&nbsp;</li><li>Represents UWBG at community events throughout the region.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Foster creative thinking and facilitate future partnerships within corporate accounts.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>CORE UNITED WAY COMPETENCIES<ul><li>MISSION-FOCUSED - A top priority is to create real social change that leads to better lives and healthier communities.
