Grants and Evaluation Director

General Description: Provides dedicated case management services to Veterans experiencing homelessness in a service intensive transitional residential housing program, focusing on an individualized service plan that yields long term housing stability outcomes. Manager, Community Partnership School 

General Description: The Family Stability Program Manager will assist in the operational oversight of Family Stability staff including recruiting, hiring, training, and supervision of staff and interns. The incumbent will ensure that services are delivered in accordance with current agency policies and procedures, contract requirements, and regulations. Program Manager, Family Stability

General Description: The Case Management Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of Case Managers throughout the various programs Mission United, including Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF), Grant and Per Diem (GPD), Shallow Subsidy (SSub), Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program (HVRP), and MISSION UNITED (MU).  The Case Management Manager will ensure that Veteran services are delivered in accordance with current agency policies and procedures, contract requirements, and federal, state, and accreditation regulations.

</ul>Environment &amp; Physical Demands: The environment is climate controlled (i.e., heated, and air-conditioned). Lighting is adequate through overhead lighting as well as windows and blinds.
