The Fundraising Data and Administrative Coordinator supports business needs with a strong 

focus on data integrity, donor systems management, and campaign operations (75%), while also

ï· Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration. Related field and/or 

work experience will be considered as appropriate. 

ï· 2+ years of experience in data management &amp; operations, data systems, and CRM 

management (Andar a plus) in a nonprofit environment. 

ï· Excellent technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, donor database platforms and 

reporting tools. 

ï· Demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy and uphold donor confidentiality. 

ï· Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills; ability to remain professional and 

composed under high-pressure situations. 

ï· Knowledge of Forsyth County and the human service sector is preferred. 


Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong reputation for integrity and 

professionalism, ability to resolve conflict constructively, strong performance management and 

evaluation capabilities including the willingness and ability to ensure accountability, ability to build 

strong relationship both inside and outside UWFC, ability to think strategically, commitment to 

fostering an inclusive environment consistent with UWFC's commitment to diversity and 

inclusion. Must have the ability to prepare, explain, and monitor data performance, manage 

projects and workload, and engage constructively with the other members of the UWFC team. 


 Physical Requirements: ability to move papers or supplies weighing up to 20lbs. 

 NC Driver’s license and auto insurance are required. 

 This is a hybrid posi"on; minimum of 4 days in the office.
