POSITION SUMMARY: 


The Fundraising Data and Administrative Coordinator supports business needs with a strong 

focus on data integrity, donor systems management, and campaign operations (75%), while also 

providing essential administrative support to leadership and fundraising initiatives (25%). This role 

is critical in managing and optimizing platforms such as Andar (inc. ePledge) and GiveSmart to 

support electronic giving, data reporting, donor engagement, and internal coordination.

POSITION DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES 

The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being

Data &amp; System Support (75%) 

ï· Serve as the primary Andar administrator, providing expert-level guidance, troubleshooting, 

and training to internal staff on key database functions. 

ï· Oversee data quality and conduct regular audits, clean-up projects, and reconciliations 

with Finance to ensure campaign and donor records are accurate. 

ï· Manage donor data flow across third-party platforms, i.e. GiveSmart; maintain and 

segment mailing lists, ensuring alignment with communication strategy. 

ï· Build and execute complex queries to support campaign segmentation, reporting, and 

strategy. 

ï· Lead and support ePledge deployment, troubleshooting issues for workplace campaign 

champions and donors, and serving as a liaison with App Support Services. 

ï· Collaborate with Finance to manage donation records, adjustments, reconciliations, and 

annual audit preparation. 

ï· Execute direct mail and digital campaigns in collaboration with organizational strategy, 

ensuring timing, list accuracy, and technical execution. 

ï· Develop and maintain accurate donor and constituent records, including interaction 

histories and event participation data. 


Administrative Support (25%) 

ï· Provide calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination of logistics for 

internal and external stakeholders. 

ï· Manage campaign materials inventory, reordering, and logistics for distribution. 

ï· Support event logistics, donor mailings, and routine data updates resulting from donor 

communications. 

ï· Coordinate scheduling, prepare internal reports and dashboards, and assist in special 

projects related to fundraising and engagement. 

ï· Serve as a point of contact for routine inquiries, redirecting or escalating as appropriate. 


Flexibility 

ï· UWFC is evolving with our changing external environment. Flexibility and adaptability are 

key attributes for this position. This position requires in-office work a minimum of 4 days 

per week. 

ï· A willingness to take on additional duties to ensure the success of the team is essential. 

ï· Occasional local travel may be required with some events/tasks outside of traditional work 

hours.

Education and/or Experience

PURPOSE: The Parent Educator plays a vital role in advancing United Way of

goals by delivering effective family home visitation programs. This 
position is responsible for implementing the Parents as Teachers 
evidence-based early childhood home visitation framework—
supporting strong communities, thriving families, and children who 
are healthy, safe, and ready to learn. 

 
MAJOR DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES 
The role of the Parent Educator is to will deliver the evidence-based Parents as 
Teachers (PAT) curriculum to families through regular in-home visits. The Parent 
Educator will support parents in fostering their child’s development, conduct 
assessments, connect families with resources, and build strong relationships within the 
community. 
 
Responsibilities: 

ï· Conduct 30–40 home visits per month to families with young children; 

ï· Use the PAT curriculum to promote child development, school readiness, and 
parenting support;

Here, you’ll not only get to make a difference in your community but also make sure that everything we’re doing is making the greatest impact possible.&nbsp;For this role, you’ll work from our office in Rockledge when you’re not traveling within the county.&nbsp;What you’ll do:As the Director of Community Impact, you will serve as both a program manager and community liaison, working directly with local nonprofits to understand community needs, review grant requests, and help decide how United Way dollars are invested to drive the greatest impact. In addition to guiding external partnerships, you’ll also manage United Way’s own internal programs, ensuring they are effectively designed, implemented, and aligned with community priorities.As a member of the leadership team, you’ll drive the strategy and execution of our community impact agenda, ensuring resources are invested wisely, outcomes are measured, and stories of impact inspire action. You’ll lead a team of 2 to start, and may have the ability to grow your team. Every day will look a little different, but you can expect the following:<ul><li>Lead the development and execution of community impact programs, initiatives, and projects</li><li>Oversee the annual fund distribution process and ensure accountability with partner agencies</li><li>Identify and pursue grant opportunities to expand community impact</li><li>Supervise and support volunteers when needed</li><li>Represent United Way in the community through speaking engagements, partnerships, and committees</li><li>Analyze and share results to showcase the impact of donor investments</li><li>Organize community needs assessments and special events that align with our mission</li><li>Manage a team of 2, providing coaching, accountability, and problem-solving support</li></ul>What you need to thrive in this role:<ul><li>5+ years of nonprofit experience in program evaluation, fund distribution, policy, public affairs, and/or budgeting (2+ years managing teams or strategies)</li><li>Strong ability to connect with corporate leaders, donors, and community members</li><li>Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (40% in-county travel)</li><li>Strategic mindset with comfort in public speaking and CRM tools</li><li>Willingness to travel locally often and work occasional evenings/weekends to attend events</li></ul>About us Changing lives and strengthening our community.
