Purpose of Position:&nbsp;The Community Impact Director plays a pivotal role in advancing United Way’s mission to improve housing stability, affordability, and financial security across our region. position is responsible for implementing the Parents as Teachers 
evidence-based early childhood home visitation framework—

MAJOR DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES 
The role of the Parent Educator is to will deliver the evidence-based Parents as 
Teachers (PAT) curriculum to families through regular in-home visits. The Parent 
Educator will support parents in fostering their child’s development, conduct 
assessments, connect families with resources, and build strong relationships within the 
community. 
 
Responsibilities: 

ï· Conduct 30–40 home visits per month to families with young children; 

ï· Use the PAT curriculum to promote child development, school readiness, and 
parenting support;
