The Vice President of Impact Services provides leadership and overall direction to 211 Northwest Florida and the community impact work of United Way of West Florida. This position is responsible for the planning, development, management and implementation of strategies and investments to help improve programs and services to fulfill UWWF’s Mission, Vision, and Priorities. The VP of Impact Services ensures training curricula, policies, and processes are in place that meet 211, 988, and Veteran Support Line accreditation standards. The SVP/COO will lead operations, assisting the CEO in governance and

organizational change efforts. The SVP/COO will provide supervision and

and other stakeholders to further United Way’s interests.

The Community Resource Specialist is the direct liaison with people seeking information and help from health 
and human service programs. It is the responsibility of the Resource Specialist to work with those in crisis and

This communication will require problem solving and follow-up services. This position will be cross-trained to 
facilitate 988 (formerly known as the Suicide Hotline) and Mission United (veteran-focused) calls and will also
