Finance &amp; Administration&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;General Description: Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will be responsible for oversight of all United Way of Broward County (UWBC) finance, accounting and reporting activities.&nbsp; The Controller will be involved in supporting presentations to the finance and audit committees and will work closely with the senior leadership team.&nbsp;The controller will:<ul><li>Lead the day-to-day finance operations with a budget of $30M - $40M</li><li>Be responsible for the overall supervision, professional development, training and oversight of their direct staff.</li><li>Ensure that UWBC has the systems and procedures in place to support effective program implementation and conduct successful audits.</li><li>Work closely with program leaders and their staff to education them regarding finance and accounting procedures.</li><li>Explore how the finance function can support program operations.</li><li>Partner with CFO, senior leadership, HR and IT staff to enhance and better integrate finance, HR and IT functions.</li></ul>Primary Job Responsibilities &amp;
