General Summary

This position reports to the Director of Technology and Data and works with all departments to provide data reports, serving both internal and external stakeholders.  
Key focus areas and initiatives include campaign performance reporting, data synchronization, Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) maintenance, organizational dashboards, and project implementation assistance for digital constituent communications platforms. 
Essential Functions

Administers the day-to-day of UWSM’s database, StratusLIVE CRM.

The Associate Director of Corporate Relations reports to the Senior Director, Corporate Relations. The Corporate Relations Team within the Office of Development serves as the core unit in driving deepened engagement and increased revenue for the Child Well-Being Mission Fund from key corporate partners. Its primary objective is to build relationships with corporate partners and individual donors that will result in increased corporate and individual investments for UWGA programs, initiatives, sponsorships, and other engagement opportunities. Associate Director of Corporate Relations

The 211 Care Coordinator assists residents in connecting to social service support by assessing needs and making referrals within a network of partnering organizations. The Care Coordinator will provide a broad-based human services needs assessment; make referrals within the referral platform; collect and record appropriate data on referrals; and follow up to ensure referrals are utilized and complete. The Care Coordination function is flexible and responsive to changing community needs. As such, the Coordinator’s focus may change to meet new external and United Way opportunities, initiatives, and programs to support community members.
Key Areas of Responsibility: 
<ul><li>Assist community members by assessing needs in a compassionate method and providing referrals for immediate and intermediate needs through a network of key community partners. Referrals will be made primarily through a technology platform. The Care Coordinator is responsible for tracking when partners accept or decline referrals, when agencies contact residents, and when services are provided. The Care Coordinator will be a diligent advocate, connecting County residents with organizations to meet their needs.                 </li>
<li>Collect and record data on types of referrals made, demographics of residents receiving care coordination, and agency responses to referrals for use in daily and weekly statistical and activity reports. Participate with the Director of Community Connections and members of the United Way staff to assess and improve Care Coordination program operations.</li>
</ul>Minimum Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in human service or related field desired.</li>
<li>One year of work experience in human service field and previous experience in social service interviewing is desirable.</li>
<li>Listening and communication skills and writing skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of community resources is preferred.</li>
<li>Must be able to work closely with others and foster a workable, effective and productive relationship with other staff, administration, volunteers, agencies and community members.</li>

 STATEMENT OF THE JOB:
This role is accountable for achieving fundraising goals within a portfolio of corporate campaign accounts, individual donors of all levels including major gifts, and other revenue sources, utilizing year-round strategies to build and maintain superior relationships, cultivate donors, and engage community members in the work of United Way of Greater Toledo to meet and exceed revenue goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
<ul><li>Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and prospects through visits and other forms of direct personal contact in accordance with performance targets.</li>
<li>Inspire and mobilize individual and corporate donors to give, advocate, and volunteer by discovering their interests and proposing alignment with our mission and activities.</li>
<li>Utilize knowledge gathered from donor meetings to develop and implement year-round strategies to engage, cultivate, and steward individual, workplace, and corporate donors.</li>
<li>Execute on short-term and long-range strategic fund-raising goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Develop and manage volunteer and donor stewardship programs that help forward goals of the Resource Development team.</li>

<li>Maintain Andar database as a tool to help build relationships by keeping accurate and up-to-date account records.</li>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree desired but not required with at least two (2) years’ experience in fundraising, sales, or public speaking.</li>

<li>Experience with managing multiple projects at one time.</li>

OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary purpose of the Volunteer and Engagement Specialist is to execute the core programs of the United Way of Johnson County through volunteer engagement.      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
*Assist the Associate Director with the allocations process including preparation of training, site visit and deliberation materials. Assist in preparation of meetings, and collateral materials.

Recruit and supervise the committee and event volunteers. 	*Develop and implement programs, services and products for the Fast Track program including collateral materials, website management and all promotional aspects. Recruit and supervise the committee and event volunteers. In order to collect the needed amount of school supplies, work with volunteers to recruit collection sites, and plan /implement the Stuff the Bus Event. Manage the school supply inventory through purchasing, donations, distribution and track carryover inventory. Work with schools to coordinate the individual distribution events including recruitment of appropriate resource partners. 
	*For all programs make sure volunteer information and data is maintained in outlook and Andar. 
	Be the lead staff person in making sure that Charity Tracker is maintained and promoted with potential agencies who might utilize the program.

Research and update nonprofit community resources.
Duties: Research nonprofits, contact, missions and services.  To develop informaiton for referral services, organize and input information into the data base.  Develop contacts with area nonprofits.  Perform other duties as assigned.
