&nbsp;United Way of Greater Chattanooga is searching for a Brand and Events Coordinator.&nbsp; This is a full-time position in the Community and Corporate Engagement and Marketing Department.&nbsp; This position will report to the Director of Marketing &amp; Communications.&nbsp;&nbsp;Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000Purpose of Position:&nbsp;The United Way of Greater Chattanooga (UWGC) Brand and Event Coordinator leads the brand experience and production across numerous touchpoints to ensure we are engaging with our audiences in a meaningful and consistent way. Branding responsibilities include production and design for external collateral, internal resources, and ensuring all branded touchpoints align with brand standards. Event responsibilities include managing the creation of meaningful and impactful events that advance brand awareness, foster strong community relations, increase donor and volunteer loyalty, and acquire new supporters. As part of Weld’s Way Home, Weld County’s initiative to address and prevent homelessness, the HNC provides low barrier access to housing centered services ranging from homelessness prevention to temporary cold weather shelter.&nbsp;The Housing Coordinator will be based at the HNC and is responsible for providing case management and housing coordination for households experiencing homelessness. Housing Coordinators work with individuals that engage on site. Coordinators advocate to ensure the most vulnerable households experiencing homelessness in the community are connected to supports to find stable and permanent housing. Housing Coordinators provide person-centered care, working toward stability and self-sufficiency, with the ultimate goal of obtaining stable housing.&nbsp;Housing coordination is a collaborative approach where the worker and guest focuses on overcoming challenges that may be preventing the household in obtaining stable housing. They facilitate connections to community agencies to coordinate care and connect households to additional resources, and ensure households have ties to their community and support systems. Additionally, this position will ensure a smooth transition from homelessness to housing and broker resources that help individuals maintain housing. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the Executive Assistant provides comprehensive support to 
the Office of the President, which includes the President and CEO, Chief Operating Officer, and Senior

What you will do: 

• Provide comprehensive support services to the Office of the President including ensuring 
outstanding communication and responsiveness; sophisticated calendar management by prioritizing

• Support the Office of the President in strategic communications, arranging meetings including 
calendar invitations and any additional needs (i.e. refreshments), organizational strategy, including 
basic research, preparing and editing correspondence including donor thank you letters, 
presentations, memos, completion of expense reports and reconciliation of corporate credit cards 
and all other special projects as assigned. 

• Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the President's office and internal 
departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support. 

• Function as a liaison and provide support to the Board of Directors. Arrange and manage all logistics 
and required documents for virtual and in-person board meetings and events in a timely manner: 
schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; record 
and write up meeting minutes. Adhere to compliance with applicable rules and regulations set in 
bylaws regarding Board of Director and Board Committee requirements. 

• Coordinate all yearly Board of Directors and board committee meetings including our newly created 
Foundation Board with consideration to critical timing and send invitations. 

• Manage Board of Directors yearly requirements including Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest, 
General Information and Board of Director Requirements, demographics, and Biographies. 

• Maintain pertinent information on Board of Directors and Committee Members in StratusLive (i.e., 
contact information, board terms, and committee associations). 

• Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on 
projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures. 

• Complete and submit required yearly United Way Worldwide membership application following 
Board approval.

• Maintain organizational charts and employee listings (name, title, dept., and phone number). 

• Manage all scheduling of training, conferences, etc., travel logistics and review/approve final
