IT Project Manager

The 211 Care Coordinator assists residents in connecting to social service support by assessing needs and making referrals within a network of partnering organizations. The Care Coordinator will provide a broad-based human services needs assessment; make referrals within the referral platform; collect and record appropriate data on referrals; and follow up to ensure referrals are utilized and complete. Director of Strategic Incubation

United Way of Greater Cincinnati (UWGC) is seeking a dedicated and experienced lead fundraiser to join our team. The Vice President of Development will report to the Chief Strategy Officer and play a pivotal role in executing the organization's fundraising strategy. This individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of major donors and stakeholders, working towards increasing financial support and engagement with UWGC. The Vice President will collaborate to execute on fundraising strategy, manage team to grow resources, and engage donors to connect their passions and the mission of United Way. Key Areas of Responsibility:
<ul><li>Fundraising Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the Chief Strategy Officer and other senior leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and goals and leads to a larger and more diverse revenue model.</li>
<li>Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of major donors, stakeholders, and corporate partners. Cultivate relationships, identify new prospects, and engage in donor acquisition, solicitation, and stewardship activities to maximize financial support.</li>
<li>Donor Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with major donors and stakeholders. Ensure personalized and meaningful interactions that reflect the unique interests and values of each donor.</li>
<li>Fundraising Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the fundraising team, helping them meet their fundraising goals and deliver on the organization's mission.</li>
<li>Donor Engagement Events: Oversee and participate in fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives. Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful fundraising efforts.</li>
<li>Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising strategies and make data-driven decisions to optimize fundraising efforts.</li>

</ul>Minimum Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field, master’s degree preferred.</li>
<li>At least 7-10 years of experience in fundraising, with a proven track record of successfully securing major gifts, managing fundraising campaigns, and leading a team of fundraisers.</li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership and management skills.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders.</li>

Vice President of Development

United Way of Greater Cincinnati (UWGC) has an immediate opening for a Director, Eastern Area to provide leadership to and coordination of United Way efforts in Clermont and Brown Counties in Ohio. Drive community efforts to support family economic well-being in the Eastern Area by building United Way support and connecting United Way impact efforts to key opportunity for progress in the community. Development

Director, Eastern Area

United Way of Greater Cincinnati (UWGC) fights for the economic well-being of all people in Greater Cincinnati so our entire community can thrive – now and in the future. Using three strategic impact pillars of Taking Action, Advocating, and Investing, the Community Impact team is primarily responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining community solutions that will drive community level change across Greater Cincinnati in the areas of educational success, financial empowerment, and housing security.
As a member of the Community Impact department, this position will lead and implement initiatives of UWGC’s Black-Led Social Change Initiative (BLSC). This initiative is aimed at deepening UWGC’s support of Black-led and grassroots ideas, strategies, and organizations as part of UWGC’s impact solutions to improve our region.&nbsp;
The Senior Manager, Black Led Social Change will provide strategic leadership and daily management of BLSC – including approaches to providing capacity building for, convening/connection with, and investment in Black–led, grassroots ideas, strategies, and organizations. Additionally, the role supports co-creation of new solutions in partnership with community leaders through Champions of Change. Overall, the position aims to promote equity through community engagement and empowerment throughout UWGC’s community impact work.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Strategic Leadership of Black-Led Social Change and Project Management
<ul><li>Provide overall leadership, including strategy and implementation, of BLSC. Project manage key efforts and projects, including:</li>
<li>Designing and implementing opportunities to increase UWGC’s support for Black led ideas, projects, and organizations:
