As the Community Impact Manager, you will work alongside a dedicated and diverse team focused on identifying pressing human services needs and creating meaningful solutions. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Identify and execute financial stability related programs to improve ALICE’s stability.</li>
<li>Develop a plan to promote financial stability for ALICE to include strategic partnerships with for- and not-for profit organizations, help promote access to programs and education that strengthen the financial foundation for local families and conduct outreach for the Elevating ALICE initiative.</li>
<li>Identify key community resources and promote participation of all agencies to build a strong client pipeline.</li>

Qualifications--Knowledge, Education and Experience 
Bachelor’s degree in subjects related to health and human services, education, 
health, sociology or related field is required. An equivalent combination of 
education, experience and skills and abilities will be considered. 
 
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required. 
 
The ability to extend emotional support to families in crisis with a non-judgmental 
attitude, offering compassion and strength in an objective manner. 
 
Leadership qualities to include the ability to give direction and to work 
cooperatively with peers and accept direction as needed. 
 
Knowledge of the non-profit sector is essential. Knowledge of community 
resources and ability to access needed services for families. 
 
Successful candidate must also embody personal attributes of honesty, integrity,

Must be able to work a flexible schedule with the possibility of early morning, 
evening, and weekend work.
