produce and/or direct high-quality content (impact reports, annual reports, cases for support, press releases, video scripts, donor spotlights, newsletters, presentations).</li></ul>Donor &amp; Volunteer Growth (with CDMO &amp; RD)<ul><li>With the CDMO and Resource Development (RD) team, develop and implement strategies that drive donor engagement, retention, and growth across individual, corporate, and workplace segments.</li><li>Map donor and volunteer journeys; build targeted campaigns (email, social, web, events, direct mail) that increase participation, average gift, and lifetime value.</li><li>Lead list strategy, segmentation, testing, and KPI analysis to continuously optimize conversion and retention.</li></ul>Events &amp; Experiences<ul><li>Oversee planning and marketing execution for key organizational events (campaign kickoff/celebrations, impact showcases, volunteer days, affinity group events), ensuring brand consistency and measurable ROI.</li><li>Create event themes and experience design that elevate storytelling, stewardship, and recognition.</li></ul>Volunteer Engagement &amp;
