• Produce and analyze fundraising reports, tracking pledges, payments, donor retention, and revenue trends.

• Reconcile donor data with Finance, resolving discrepancies in pledges, gifts, and check logs.

• Maintain campaign tracking tools, donor lists, and reporting dashboards to support fundraising efforts.

• Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Chief Development & Marketing Officer, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-through on strategic priorities.

• Provide project coordination support by tracking key initiatives, maintaining task lists, and following up on outstanding items across Resource Development and Marketing.

• Prepare and proofread donor communications, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity and professionalism.

• Support donor stewardship by coordinating timely and accurate acknowledgments and communications.

• Coordinate logistics for meetings, volunteer groups, and fundraising events, including RSVPs and materials preparation.

Ability to interact professionally with donors, volunteers, board members, and community partners.

High level of discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
