General Description:&nbsp;This grant-funded position will work to empower communities to promote drug free lifestyles; build community structures to support those lifestyles; and encourage and support coordinated, systemic approaches to the prevention of substance use. General Description: This position supports Family Stability Program case manager(s) in connecting with new participants.
