Purpose of PositionUnder the direction of the Client Services Supervisor, the Housing Specialist is a client-focused position serving English- and/or Spanish-speaking individuals in Orange County, and is primarily responsible for providing information, resources, and crises assistance to clients contacting 211OC through the helpline, email, texting, outreach events, or any other means identified by 211OC management. We are a high volume call center and the front line to providing assistance to those in need. Purpose of Position 
Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Partner Engagement the Resource Coordinator is primarily 
responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with service agencies listed in 211OC’s resource 
databases including keeping up the accuracy of information, adding new agencies and services, and recruiting 
into GetHelpOC closed loop referral partners. 


Key Duties and Responsibilities 
ï· Manage and develop expertise of 211OC’s GetHelpOC: Community Information Exchange and iCarol 

resource databases of all front-end, back-end and administrative features and functions 

ï· Maintain and ensure integrity of records in the resource databases 

ï· Build relationships with agency and program staff, provide GetHelpOC demos, and encourage participation 
in GetHelpOC for closed loop referrals. 

ï· Initiate organization information updates in the 211OC resource databases, provide and follow up on 
requests with agency directors and managers 

ï· Develop a working knowledge of Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS) Taxonomy and 
Standards and how they are applied in the 211OC Resource Department 

ï· Research services available in the community and assist agencies with completion and updates of 
application and forms 

ï· Develop and maintain strong relationships with Agencies/Service Providers 

ï· Assist with 211RIDE program updates

The RDDIM is responsible for overseeing and further developing the UWSL Resource Development team’s use of our CRM tool, Salesforce, to support fundraising, portfolio management, donor engagement and stewardship, outreach, and campaign efforts. The RDDIM will lead the effort to maintain and enhance the quality of donor and volunteer data, ensure best practices for constituent engagement, keep data accessible, and extract and share reports and analytics that drive decisions and development strategies. &nbsp;The RDDIM supports all verticals of the RD department, collaborates with UWSL’s Data Operations team, and represents RD in cross-departmental data projects. The RDDIM, in consultation with Data Operations, manages the department’s technology roadmap, determining as needed what the RD team needs, what products are available, and what will best meet those needs.
