They are also responsible for establishing and leveraging key internal partnerships in order to achieve optimal results.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Works closely with Director, Individual Giving (Major Gifts), to support the major gift program. Manager, Individual Giving (Major Gifts) will co-develop the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies to support the major giving program, including but not limited to converting annual leadership donors into major gift prospects. </li><li>Manages a major gift portfolio of 100-125 prospects; maintains accurate and detailed donor records to analyze deployment of resources against team objectives.
