President & CEO United Way Northwest Michigan

The President & CEO of United Way of Northwest Michigan (UWNWMI) is a strategic leadership role that
intersects community impact, collaboration, organizational management, resource development,
and innovation. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President & CEO steers the strategy and operations
of a dynamic nonprofit committed to improving lives across the NWMI region with an emphasis on the ALICE population. Key areas of focus include accessible childcare programs such as TriShare and Great Start to Quality, as well as a trailblazing dental access program, United We Smile.

The President & CEO is a visible and trusted leader in the community—building partnerships, forging donor
relationships, influencing public policy, and ensuring every dollar raised drives measurable impact in health, education, and financial stability. With responsibility spanning fundraising, organizational strategy and sustainability, compliance, team development, and financial stewardship, this role is both broad and deeply rewarding.
