Operating through a committee-led structure, the BCLTRG aligns resources, shares information, and streamlines services to ensure that individuals and families across Buncombe County, particularly those most impacted, can access the support they need to rebuild and recover.&nbsp;This position is a grant-funded position through December 2026 with the hope to extend past this date based on available funding. The goal for the BCLTRG is for it to become an independent non-profit organization. This position would, in the future, transition to direct employment with the BCLTRG.As the Intake and Triage Coordinator, you serve as the first point of contact for individuals and families impacted by disasters seeking assistance. This role is responsible for gathering essential client information, conducting preliminary needs assessments, verifying eligibility, and assigning cases to Disaster Case Management Agencies based on needs and organizational capacity. The Coordinator ensures timely, compassionate, and efficient service delivery, contributing to the organization’s goal of helping survivors recover and rebuild their lives. POSITION SUMMARY: 


The Fundraising Data and Administrative Coordinator supports business needs with a strong 

focus on data integrity, donor systems management, and campaign operations (75%), while also 

providing essential administrative support to leadership and fundraising initiatives (25%). This role 

is critical in managing and optimizing platforms such as Andar (inc. ePledge) and GiveSmart to 

support electronic giving, data reporting, donor engagement, and internal coordination.

POSITION DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES

Data &amp; System Support (75%) 

ï· Serve as the primary Andar administrator, providing expert-level guidance, troubleshooting, 

and training to internal staff on key database functions. 

ï· Oversee data quality and conduct regular audits, clean-up projects, and reconciliations 

with Finance to ensure campaign and donor records are accurate. 

ï· Manage donor data flow across third-party platforms, i.e. GiveSmart; maintain and 

segment mailing lists, ensuring alignment with communication strategy. 

ï· Build and execute complex queries to support campaign segmentation, reporting, and 

strategy. 

ï· Lead and support ePledge deployment, troubleshooting issues for workplace campaign 

champions and donors, and serving as a liaison with App Support Services. 

ï· Collaborate with Finance to manage donation records, adjustments, reconciliations, and 

annual audit preparation. 

ï· Execute direct mail and digital campaigns in collaboration with organizational strategy, 

ensuring timing, list accuracy, and technical execution. 

ï· Develop and maintain accurate donor and constituent records, including interaction 

histories and event participation data. 


Administrative Support (25%) 

ï· Provide calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination of logistics for 

internal and external stakeholders. 

ï· Manage campaign materials inventory, reordering, and logistics for distribution. 

ï· Support event logistics, donor mailings, and routine data updates resulting from donor 

communications. 

ï· Coordinate scheduling, prepare internal reports and dashboards, and assist in special 

projects related to fundraising and engagement. 

ï· Serve as a point of contact for routine inquiries, redirecting or escalating as appropriate. 


Flexibility 

ï· UWFC is evolving with our changing external environment. Flexibility and adaptability are 

key attributes for this position. This position requires in-office work a minimum of 4 days 

per week.
