This position will operate at a systems level with all homeless service providers in Weber County and report back to the WMLHC and United Way of Northern Utah. Key Responsibilities<ol><li>Oversee system-level tasks which include:<ol><li>Update and implement the Weber County Homeless Plan based on the Community Assessment and Strategic Plan 2019.</li><li>Directly oversee and report outcomes of the Coordinated Entry System.</li><li>Review service provider performance measures and work with agencies to increase performance measures and data outcomes.</li><li>Research and facilitate community homeless needs based on data, including systems level best practice education.</li><li>Facilitate the goal setting process and provide recommendations for the homeless and housing systems.</li><li>Advocate on behalf of Weber County to state leaders and stakeholders (for funding and for adequate state representation).</li><li>Coordinate with Balance of State, HMIS and funding partners (including HUD, Weber Homeless Trust Fund, state, and federal sources).</li></ol></li><li>Oversee tasks specific to WMLHC which include:<ol><li>Collaborate with local homeless and housing service providers.</li><li>Manage any correspondence, agendas, and record minutes for the monthly WMLHC and subcommittee meetings; including the organization and facilitation of and participation in subcommittees and workgroups, ie. Manager, Community Partnership School 

General Description: The Family Stability Program Manager will assist in the operational oversight of Family Stability staff including recruiting, hiring, training, and supervision of staff and interns. The incumbent will ensure that services are delivered in accordance with current agency policies and procedures, contract requirements, and regulations. This position provides case management to families using a 2-gen approach.  The approach would consider the needs of both vulnerable children and parents, together, in the design and delivery of program coordination and services in an education environment onsite in Hallandale Beach, particularly with those with financial instability and risk of homelessness related conditions. Primary Job Responsibilities &amp; Duties: <ol><li>Responsible for day-to-day operations of Family Stability team, to include staff supervision, performance accountability and ensuring each team member is appropriately suited for their role. </li><li>Provide on-going support/oversight to family stability program staff ensuring service delivery is in accordance with COA requirements, and are client centered, focused and trauma informed. </li><li>Assists Director in coordination of subcontracted partners to ensure that goals are being met in accordance with Siemer Institute program guidelines.</li><li>Reviews and approves all subcontractor emergency financial assistance, quarterly/monthly invoices, and reports to ensure compliance with subcontract agreement and Siemer Institute grant agreement.</li><li>Supports the implementation of services by orienting staff to program regulations and requirements, goals and objectives, operational and reporting procedures to facilitate adherence to contract parameters. </li><li>Develops and implements strategy to ensure efficiency and productivity in the key Family Stability program areas of outreach, case management, and housing. </li><li>Responsible for identifying strengths, needs and risks for participants and their families to develop short- and long-term goals related to housing stability and financial prosperity. Program Manager, Family Stability

Purpose of PositionThe Program Manager holds a crucial role in advancing Orange County United Way’s (OCUW) FACE 2024 and the United for Students Success (U4SS) Initiative. This involves actively contributing to the systematic increase of the high school graduation rate to 95% among students from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds. The manager oversees the day-to-day administration of grant-related activities, with a specific focus on delivering college and career awareness and preparation services to a cohort of 7th-12th grade students in Orange County middle and high schools. Additionally, the role includes active participation in identifying and cultivating potential funding opportunities. Collaborating closely with the U4SS Director and Executive Director, the Education Programs Manager provides leadership by training, coaching, and managing staff. The position also requires critical evaluation of grant outcomes and objectives to ensure the continued success and impact of the program.This is a one-year grant-funded position and is full-time (37.5 hours/week). Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe individual in this role will assume diverse responsibilities under the guidance of the U4SS Director, encompassing coaching, program management, and collaboration with other departments.
