Principal Gifts Officer

<p>The Assistant Director of Cole Society reports to the Sr. Director of Cole Society and Membership Giving. The Membership Giving team plays a key role in the Office of Development through planning and execution of individual engagement strategies and opportunities, inside and outside of the workplace.</p><p>Following internal policies and best practices relating to portfolio management and fundraising, the ADCS will work collaboratively with multiple Development teams, and other UWGA staff, to build and manage a fluid portfolio of up to 150+ individuals currently giving at the Cole Society level of $1,000+.
