Primary PurposeThe Director of Donor Engagement leads all aspects of individual donor strategy and cultivation at United Way of St. Johns &amp; Putnam Counties. This role is responsible for building and deepening relationships with donors to drive revenue growth, with a strong focus on major gifts and monthly giving. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this role supervises four (4) team members, who manage their own corporate partner portfolios. Together, the entire team identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards corporate donors, as well as manages a robust workplace giving program. The Director of Corporate Partnerships will partner closely with individual giving members alongside grants to strategically grow and diversify fundraising revenue at United Way NCA, with particular focus on increasing corporate support and partnership activations, as well as converting passthrough workplace campaign donors.Key Responsibilities: The Director, Corporate Partnerships&nbsp;will:<ul><li>Lead the immediate, near-term, and long-term strategic planning, implementation, growth, and maintenance of a robust Corporate Partnerships Program and Team.</li><li>Lead and manage a highly collaborative team in all identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship efforts with Corporate and workplace campaign prospects and donors.&nbsp;</li><li>Support the CEO, CDO, and Board of Directors in their corporate engagement efforts.</li><li>Manage and report on Corporate Partnerships expense and revenue budget.</li><li>Meet and/or exceed annual revenue goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Meet the minimum annual fundraising growth goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Track, and report on Corporate Partnerships Team’s progress, utilizing established key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>In collaboration with Individual Giving, ensure workplace campaign donors who have membership in the Tocqueville Society (United Way’s major giving society) and/or affinity groups (Regional Advisory Council, Women United, and NextGen United) are stewarded appropriately.</li><li>Monitor and institute corporate partnerships best practices in operations, such as workplace campaign administration, CRM utilization, prospect research, acknowledgments, and reporting.</li><li>Work closely with the Marketing and Communications Department to coordinate communication strategies for corporate partners.&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with the Community Impact Division and the Grants Team to identify the best opportunities to align with the Corporate Partner’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and engage corporate employee volunteerism.</li><li>Coach and train the Development Team for increasingly complex and new corporate opportunities to include sponsorships, point of sale campaigns, cause-related marketing, etc.</li><li>Create and drive a culture of philanthropy across all fundraising areas that contribute to the entire Development Team’s goals.</li></ul>Manage a portfolio of Corporate Partners:<ul><li>Serve as the primary relationship manager in identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of 20 – 40 Corporate Partners with the capacity to support at the $25,000+ level on an annual basis.</li><li>Secure new corporate partnerships and activations.&nbsp;</li><li>Document all portfolio-related activities using the donor database Andar.</li><li>Supervise front-line team who manage a portfolio of a minimum forty corporate partners each and lead on workplace campaign and partnerships.&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators: All front-line fundraisers at United Way NCA are expected to meet annual KPIs. Manager of Donor Experience and Growth

Overall Purpose of this Role: The Project Manager is responsible for implementing processes, coordinating internal donor relations activities and maintaining data integrity in support of departmental efforts. This role will collaborate effectively cross-departmentally to help advance the organization’s fundraising initiatives and ensure cohesion between all areas.&nbsp;
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Donor Relations
<ul><li>Serve as a key stakeholder in managing the organization’s donor recognition and stewardship plan for donors of all levels, ensuring that the donor experience fulfills the HFUW’s strategic imperative.</li>
<li>Work closely with Senior Executive Assistant to the President and CEO to facilitate correspondence and outreach with current and prospective donors.</li>
<li>Provide administrative functions related to donor relations including the printing and assembly of mail items.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Finance Department on donor relations and event sponsor related billing and collections as appropriate.</li>
<li>Provide telephone support for the Resource Development team. including but is not limited to answering calls, recording, and delivering accurate messages, referring complaints and requests for information to appropriate staff, and following up as needed.</li>
<li>Prepare draft communication, edit and process outgoing correspondence, including mass mailing items and any additional communications and marketing materials.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>Prospect Research and Data Integrity&nbsp;
<ul><li>Record accurate internal processes, manage office files and other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining appropriate information in the customer relationship management (CRM) software.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with Vice President of Resource Development, Major Gift Officer, and Individual Giving Manager to create documents for donor visits and prospecting initiatives.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure the accuracy of shared information, correspondence, internal databases and disseminated materials for all supported programs.</li>
<li>Identify prospective donors and members both inside and outside traditional campaign settings and market segments.</li>
<li>Review and edit mailing lists.</li>
</ul>Department Coordination
<ul><li>In consultation with department colleagues, develop and implement project management plans to support HFUW fundraising priorities and goals, with an emphasis on consistency in strategy and analytics.</li>
<li>Maintain strong relationships with members of the organization’s Engagement Team (Donor and Volunteer Experiences and Resource Development).</li>
<li>As assigned, support account managers and other fundraising activities, including year-round engagement, and executing employee campaigns.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Participate in special events throughout the year.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Administrative Project Manager

United Way of Greater Cincinnati (UWGC) is seeking a dedicated and experienced lead fundraiser to join our team. The Vice President of Development will report to the Chief Strategy Officer and play a pivotal role in executing the organization's fundraising strategy. This individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of major donors and stakeholders, working towards increasing financial support and engagement with UWGC. The Vice President will collaborate to execute on fundraising strategy, manage team to grow resources, and engage donors to connect their passions and the mission of United Way. Key Areas of Responsibility:

<li>Donor Engagement Events: Oversee and participate in fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives. Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful fundraising efforts.</li>
<li>Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising strategies and make data-driven decisions to optimize fundraising efforts.</li>
<li>Report and Budget Management: Prepare reports on fundraising activities and financial results for presentation to the President/CEO and the board of directors. Manage a budget related to fundraising activities.</li>
<li>Compliance: Ensure that all fundraising activities adhere to legal and ethical standards and are in compliance with relevant regulations.</li>
</ul>Minimum Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field, master’s degree preferred.</li>
<li>At least 7-10 years of experience in fundraising, with a proven track record of successfully securing major gifts, managing fundraising campaigns, and leading a team of fundraisers.</li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership and management skills.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders.</li>
