The Free Tax Prep Associate will support United Way’s mission to strengthen economic mobility and well-being in Greater Cincinnati by supporting the operations and functions of the Free Tax Prep (FTP) initiative, including, but not limited to, managing volunteer outreach, data gathering and preparation of required IRS forms, growing new FTP sites, and managing an increasingly large inventory of tax site supplies and technology. Department: ImpactSupervisor: Director, Grant DevelopmentStatus: Salary, Exempt, Full-timeSalary Range: $60k – $65kLocation: Allentown, PAPosition Description Grant AccountantThe Manager Grant Administration is responsible for all compliance post award for inbound grant revenue.Accountabilities:<ol><li>Project Coordinator for all post-award grant reporting &amp; compliance</li><li>Maintain a master calendar of post-award deadlines, deliverables, and reporting requirements</li><li>Works with Grant Accountant to ensure compliance for expenditures</li><li>Updates and maintains Post-Award information in Salesforce and Basecamp</li><li>Works with data team to ensure data readiness for grant reports</li><li>Generate program reports for grants</li><li>Serves as the primary contact for post-award matters for partners &amp; funders (program officers &amp; funder contacts)</li><li>Manage post-award compliance</li><li>Occasionally support grant writing and development</li></ol>Work Experience and/or Education&nbsp;Required&nbsp;3-plus years of paid work experience in non-profit or government grant administration.
