The Vice President of Human Resources leads the daily organizational Human Resources function for the organization and is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy, policies, programs and services in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, legal compliance, employee relations, change management, performance management, professional development, and compensation. Leadership Scope The Chief Executive Officer will lead and directly supervise the Executive Leadership Team, including the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Impact Officer, and other senior leaders critical to UWGK’s operations and mission advancement.
