Purpose of PositionThe Program Manager holds a crucial role in advancing Orange County United Way’s (OCUW) FACE 2024 and the United for Students Success (U4SS) Initiative. This involves actively contributing to the systematic increase of the high school graduation rate to 95% among students from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds. The manager oversees the day-to-day administration of grant-related activities, with a specific focus on delivering college and career awareness and preparation services to a cohort of 7th-12th grade students in Orange County middle and high schools. Additionally, the role includes active participation in identifying and cultivating potential funding opportunities.
